PS Partnerships worked with us to guide us through ISO 9001 certification for the first time. Suzanne was thorough & very helpful to us, and our inspection went perfectly. Suzanne is also working with us to update our Technical Files, and clearly has a strong grip on all of the current legislation brought in for the new UKCA certification requirements.

We’ve worked with Paul and PS Partnerships for many years – we have nothing but praise for the work completed and advice given to us. In particular their knowledge of polymers, together with his extensive experience within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry has been a huge help to us as a business. Fauna & Flora have had the pleasure of working with Paul and Suzanne at PS Partnerships on a number of occasions – initially on the development of the worlds’ first, international standard for plastic pellet handling which was published in 2021 by the British Standards Institute and more recently to compare industry-led pellet handling requirements and certification schemes with minimum requirements adopted by the OSPAR Commission. PS Partnerships were excellent to work with – friendly, approachable and thorough. The outputs were clear and informative, meeting our needs and the objectives set.

PS Partnerships were recommended to us by one of our customers who had used them to assist in their achieving certification ISO 13485:2016. We have found their training to be very informative with plenty of advice for us moving forward. Suzanne and Paul prepared a detailed gap analysis which we are working through. They are also supplying ongoing support which we find very beneficial. We will follow our customers lead and recommend them to anyone looking for a consultancy to assist them.
