My first year at PS Partnerships
Reflecting on my first year at PS Partnerships
It’s hard to believe that nearly a full year has already passed since I started my journey at PS Partnerships. Looking back, it’s been a year full of learning, new challenges, and opportunities that have really helped me grow both personally and professionally.
One of the highlights for me was organising our team for the Shrewsbury Dragon Boat Race. Bringing people together, coordinating the logistics, and seeing it all come to life on the day was incredibly rewarding (and great fun too!). Additionally, I designed t-shirts and a custom logo for the day, which felt very fulfilling to see in person!
I’ve also had the chance to get creative by helping design and develop exhibition stands. Being involved in how we present ourselves as a business has given me a real appreciation for the importance of strong branding and engagement at events.
Alongside this, I’ve supported the promotion of events, building my confidence in communication and marketing, and learning how to connect with different audiences effectively.
Perhaps most importantly, I’ve developed a much deeper understanding of the plastics industry. Starting out, I had limited knowledge, but over the past year I’ve gained valuable insights into the sector, its challenges, and its innovations.
I’m really grateful for the support from the team at PS Partnerships and the opportunities I’ve been given so far. I’m excited to keep building on this experience and see what the next year brings!
